Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
**Effective Date: August 18, 2026**
1. Scope
This standard return policy primarily applies to **B2C transactions**.
B2B transactions are governed separately as described below.
2. B2C Consumer Rights
Eligible B2C return requests may generally be submitted within **14 calendar days following delivery**, unless applicable law provides a different mandatory period or the Seller provides additional rights.
Nothing in this Policy restricts mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
3. Eligible Returns
Products should generally be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Different requirements may apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or materially non-conforming products.
4. Cancellation
A Buyer may request cancellation before an order has been shipped or otherwise committed to fulfilment, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
5. Refunds
Payments are processed through applicable banks and payment providers.
Alemhub does not hold customer funds.
When a refund is validly due, the applicable refund instruction or status may be transmitted to the relevant financial provider.
Refund processing times depend on the applicable bank, payment provider and payment method.
6. Payment After Delivery
Eligible B2C transactions may use Payment After Delivery or another protected payment mechanism.
This mechanism is intended to reduce payment risk but does not replace statutory consumer rights.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law, including certain customized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive or activated digital products.
Mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
8. B2B Transactions
**The standard B2C return period does not automatically apply to B2B transactions.**
B2B inspection, acceptance, rejection, cancellation, return, replacement, warranty and refund rights are governed by the contract entered into directly between the Buyer and Seller and applicable law.
Alemhub is not a party to the underlying sale and does not guarantee product quality, conformity, return, replacement or refund.
Where Safe Payment / Escrow is used, any release or refund of funds is governed by the applicable Buyer–Seller contract, Escrow conditions, financial provider terms and applicable law.
9. B2B Disputes
Commercial disputes between B2B Buyers and Sellers are resolved under the dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in their contract.
Alemhub may provide evidence preservation, transaction records and dispute-support tools but does not act as a court or arbitral tribunal.
