Seller Policy

Seller Policy **Effective Date: August 18, 2026** This Seller Policy forms part of the Alemhub Terms & Conditions. 1. Seller Responsibility The Seller is responsible for the products and services it lists and for complying with applicable laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise, **the Seller, not Alemhub, is the contracting seller in transactions with Buyers.** 2. Listings Sellers must provide accurate information concerning products, specifications, prices, availability, delivery and other material conditions. Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, infringing or prohibited products may not be listed. 3. B2C Sales For B2C sales, Sellers must comply with applicable consumer protection law and the Alemhub Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Seller-specific policies may provide additional consumer rights but may not restrict mandatory rights. 4. B2B Sales B2B transactions are governed by the contract entered into directly between the Buyer and Seller. The Seller remains responsible for product specifications, quality, warranties, delivery and other contractual obligations. Alemhub is not a party to that underlying contract and does not guarantee Seller performance or product quality. 5. Payments Payments may be processed through independent banks and authorized payment providers. Alemhub does not hold Buyer or Seller funds unless expressly disclosed and legally authorized. 6. Safe Payment / Escrow Eligible B2B transactions may use Safe Payment / Escrow through an integrated financial institution. Release and refund conditions are determined by the applicable contract, Escrow terms, financial provider terms and applicable law. Safe Payment reduces payment risk but does not constitute a product or performance guarantee by Alemhub. 7. Pricing and Fees Current Seller subscriptions, features, quotas, Platform fees and applicable prices are displayed in Alemhub's **Pricing, Subscription, checkout or Seller Dashboard**. Third-party payment, banking, currency conversion and other charges may apply separately. Plans, functionality, limits and prices may be updated from time to time. The applicable price and material conditions will be displayed before the relevant purchase or renewal as required by law. 8. Verification Alemhub may conduct identity, business, compliance and fraud-prevention checks. Verification does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee of a Seller or transaction. 9. Independent Services Logistics providers, customs brokers, banks, inspection providers and other third-party providers are independent parties unless expressly stated otherwise. Alemhub does not guarantee their performance. 10. AI Services Sellers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication and for ensuring its accuracy and legality. 11. Compliance Repeated or material violations, fraud, prohibited products or other serious misconduct may result in listing removal, restrictions or account suspension. 12. Taxes and Customs Sellers remain responsible for their applicable tax, customs, licensing and reporting obligations unless applicable law provides otherwise. 13. Changes Alemhub may update this Policy as Platform functionality, legal requirements or commercial conditions evolve.
