Support Channels Support may be available through email, Platform support requests, live chat, Help Center or other channels displayed by Alemhub. Subscription Support Available support levels, channels and response targets may depend on the user's subscription. **Current support benefits are displayed in the Pricing, Subscription or account section of Alemhub.** Supported Matters Support may assist with: * accounts; * Platform functionality; * subscriptions; * orders; * payment status; * returns; * Safe Payment / Escrow workflows; * AI functionality; * Seller functionality; * technical issues. B2B Dispute Support Where available, Alemhub may assist B2B parties by organizing transaction records, contract versions, communications, payment events and other evidence relevant to a dispute. Alemhub may facilitate preparation of a case package for submission to the dispute-resolution mechanism selected by the parties. This service does not constitute legal representation or legal advice, and Alemhub does not act as a court or arbitrator. Third-Party Services Banks, payment providers, carriers, customs brokers, inspection providers and other independent providers remain responsible for their respective services. Availability Alemhub aims to maintain reliable Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless expressly provided under a separate service-level agreement. Changes Support services and subscription-specific benefits may evolve as Alemhub develops.
