Terms & Conditions Alemhub Global B2B2C Trade Platform • Effective Date: June 1, 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Alemhub platform ("Platform"), website at alemhub.sbs, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors. 2. Description of Service Alemhub is a global B2B2C trade platform that connects buyers and sellers worldwide. The Platform enables sellers to list products, manage storefronts, generate AI-powered marketing content, and publish to social media channels. Buyers may browse, purchase, and communicate with sellers through the Platform. 3. User Accounts To access certain features you must register and create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration Maintain and promptly update your account information Keep your password confidential and not share access credentials Notify Alemhub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account Alemhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 4. Seller Obligations Sellers using the Alemhub Platform agree to: List only authentic, legally owned products or services Provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner Comply with all applicable import/export laws and trade regulations Not sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items Maintain valid business credentials where required by law Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours 5. Buyer Obligations Buyers using the Platform agree to: Provide accurate shipping and billing information Pay for all purchases in full at the time of transaction Use purchased products in accordance with applicable laws Refrain from fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without basis 6. Prohibited Conduct Users are prohibited from: Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation Transmitting spam, viruses, or malicious code Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without written consent Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users Impersonating any person or entity Using AI-generated content tools for illegal or harmful purposes 7. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and AI-generated content tools — is the property of Alemhub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Alemhub a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use such content for operating the Platform. 8. Subscription Plans Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Alemhub reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alemhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Alemhub's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Alemhub does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alemhub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless prohibited by applicable law. 13. Changes to Terms Alemhub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification. 14.
